In fall 2005, Dr. Pat Cleavinger decided to move her well-established dental practice to a new and more innovative location.    Her business objectives included retention of existing patients and increased new patient numbers.  Dr. Cleavinger also wanted her exterior images to match the beautiful new office she had worked so hard to help design.   She wanted a look that conveyed comfort and warmth balanced with professionalism, service and modern technology. 
 
Solution

Market Well met with Dr. Cleavinger about her move.   We knew we needed a plan.  We helped facilitate a full-day workshop with Dr. Cleavinger and her team.    During that workshop we gathered all sorts of information about Dr. Cleavinger’s practice goals, her style, and areas of expertise, professional qualifications, service and about the patient experience in general.  

We developed customized strategic marketing plan.   Together, over the course of six months we worked with Dr. Cleavinger to implement that plan.   Before Dr. Cleavinger’s new location opened, we had developed a new brand for her office, delivered all new stationery reflective of her brand, designed and wrote a new web site and scheduled a photo shoot of her patients.

Within a year of our initial meeting, Dr. Cleavinger ran her patient numbers.   Her data suggested that she only lost about ten percent of her existing patients and was attracting 15- 20 new patients each month.   Her new brand, patient images, web site, advertising and direct mail were smart investments that supported Dr. Cleavinger in achieving the objectives she had set for her new location.
