Dr. Feld wanted the external communication from his practice to match its beautiful interior.   Dr. Feld’s intention was to celebrate and showcase the success of his patients.   His objective was increased referral numbers to his fee-for-service practice.

First, we produced a patient photo shoot.   We then used those images as office art, throughout the practice, on the web site, in email communication with patients, on appointment reminder cards, and on the referral rewards incentive cards to give Dr. Feld’s image a cohesive look inside and out.

Patients have definitely noticed a difference and referrals are increasing.
